Relaxing in the sun








Avoid too much sun exposure. Seek shade between 10 am and 4 pm.

Use a sunscreen every day with an SPF of at least 15

Wear a hat, preferably wide brimmed.

Keep an eye on your skin.

See a specialist if any changes occur in a mole, growth or sore, or if skin discoloration appears suddenly.

Protect your kids: 85% of lifetime sun exposure occurs before the age of 18   

Have regular spot checks
