1. Start on your hands and knees on a soft surface. Let your lower back sink naturally and pull your belly button in to your spine for support.
2. Soften your elbows and look in the direction you are about to crawl through your eyelashes. As you drag your fingertips along the ground and gently flick your hand to place it down on the ground, bring your opposite knee through and place in front of the other one.
3. Allow your shoulders and hips to glide as you alternate opposite hands and knees in a slow and fluid motion. Purrrrr!
