Chair body waves


1.Standing in front of the seat of your chair, stagger your feet so that one is about a foot length in front of the other, bent at the knee and your body weight is on your back foot. Bend forward from the hips, keeping your spine neutral and your belly button pulled in towards your spine and place your hands on the back of the chair. 

2. Transfer your weight to the front foot as you bring your chest in towards your hands. Arch your back up like a cat as you push away from the back of the chair and transfer your weight to the back foot again. 

3. Lastly, bring your spine back to neutral and slightly push your butt out towards the wall behind you. Repeat slowly for two sets of 10 then switch legs and start again.
