Who may benefit from Kinesiology?

1. Adults requiring assistance to:

a) Handle change and the stresses of life more competently.
b) Improve efficiency, memory, organization and confidence at work, sport or when learning new skills.
c) Deal with conflict resolution and relationship challenges
d) Improve posture, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.

2. Children with under developed social skills, learning difficulties, diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, autism, dyslexia, speech and/or auditory processing challenges, poor balance and co ordination.

3. Teenagers wanting to improve their ability to study effectively, enhance sports or music performance and be socially confident.

4. Elderly to enhance vision and hearing, improve memory, balance, confidence and creativity.
