Our award winning gelato is made fresh daily following a traditional Italian recipe that has been perfected over many generations. We use only the freshest and finest ingredients to produce a creamy and smooth gelato, with excellent texture, taste and presentation. We are lucky to have some of Australia's finest quality produce at our doorsteps, including Harvey Fresh milk and ripe fresh fruit from our local growers. Our gelato is 50% lower in fat than standard ice cream. Better still, our sorbets are 99% fat free!
