Do you suffer from stress, low self-esteem, relationship problems or sexual difficulties? My speciality is in tailoring the therapeutic approach to suit the individual and his/her circumstances. I have training in Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Family Therapy and Self Psychology (a psychodynamic approach) as well as the therapeutic adjuncts of Hypnosis and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing).
