There might not be an 'i' in team, but there's a 'you' in Arbonne!
You've heard success stories of working independently, on your own terms and bringing in unlimited amounts of money. You might not have believed it but there's something safe, secure and undeniably successful about the story of Arbonne.
The concept originated when Petter Morck brought together a team of Swiss bio-chemists, biologists and herbalists to create an unparalleled range of quality products, then shared the secret through a network of independent consultants.
Growing exponentially the company is founded on a basic principal; you get out what you put in. Consultants can build an income which matches their time schedules and commitments, with the option of choosing full or part-time work. They then get to know a group of like-minded individuals, establish a network and grow their own wealth. Being part of the company is limitless in terms of what consultants can achieve; starting with basic profits and bonuses to travel opportunities and a Mercedes-Benz cash bonus program.
"But its not just about gorgeous skin, hair and body care products that range from the Intelligence line to products which are specifically formulated for men, ageing and babies."
Arbonne's phenomenal success is attributed, in part, to them fulfilling Harvard University's four basic principals for a profitable networking company to exist, so it comes as no surprise that Arbonne has been around for nearly a quarter of a century. Despite having over 7,000 Australian Consultants, they still pride themselves on operating with an executive team that manages to connect with them all.
But it's not just about gorgeous skin, hair and bodycare products which range from the Intelligence line (step-systems for face and body) to products which are specifically formulated for men, aging and babies. It's also about great people and we were lucky enough to speak with Karen Imgrund, Area Manager with Arbonne and two of her hard-working colleagues.
Karen Imgrund - Area Manager, Arbonne Australia
When my husband and I moved to the U.S. back in 1999, our goal was to stay for 12 months, see if we liked it, make enough money to give us a good start in our adult lives and move back to Australia with some accumulated wealth. Well, we definitely liked living in the U.S. and decided to stay longer but accumulating the wealth was a little more difficult.
When Arbonne was first introduced to me at the end of 2006, I was pretty sure I didn't want to start my own business as we were already making plans to return to Australia, but I liked the products and heard a little bit more about the company so my husband and I attended a business presentation and at the end of it, his words were "where do we sign up!?" I started on the team of National Vice President Tracy Piper who, with consistent effort alongside her full-time job as a high school English teacher and her family of three kids, took just 10 months to reach the top of the company.
When Arbonne opened its doors in Australia in July 2007, I was back home in Perth and ready to move my business forward. Building a team and teaching and training them to be successful in this business, is one of the most rewarding aspects of my new career. We hold monthly trainings as well as helping people on a one-on-one basis, to educate them on our great products. We have big goals and little goals depending on our situations, but with Arbonne we know that we can make the money we need to give us choices in life.
I am proud to have a business with a company that sets the bar high. With Arbonne, you can rest assured that we have the best of everything - from organic ingredients in our premium products to company leadership, compensation plan and the Mercedes Benz car program.
Arbonne has an annual training event National Training Celebration which I have attended for the past two years in the US. The caliber of trainers at this event makes it unmissable and I am so excited to be attending the inaugural Australian NTC with some of my team in October this year on the Gold Coast. Better still - Arbonne have a reward program that enables us to earn our trip to NTC for free! We are all excited about that!

After a drastic life change, I decided to bring my two younger sons to Australia and get to know my birth family. I was introduced to Arbonne by my 8-year-old's teacher and having been involved in a networking business in the UK, I knew it would be a great way to meet some lovely people, experience a fantastic product and make some extra money with the opportunity of developing it into a serious business. I have only just signed up with Arbonne but am already very excited by the chance I have been given and look forward to passing the opportunity on to others!
Nicole Imgrund - District Manager
I was introduced to the Arbonne products just as they were being launched in Australia. As I am a full-time teacher I was not looking for another source of income but listened to the business opportunity anyway. We are looking at starting a family and I realised that I could work full-time as a teacher and do Arbonne part-time to build up my business until our baby arrived.
What I have found is that people are so excited to try these products because they feel and look amazing, asking "Where can I get mine?" I have also found that I can fit the business into my life without making major changes. I believe that this is an opportunity that everyone can be a part of.
