Have you ever taken the time to ask yourself, “How on earth did my life end up where it is today?” Well quite simply you attracted it, in fact all of it, whether it be good or bad. Now for just a moment consider these possibilities.

What if there was a way for you to experience a bank account overflowing with cash, a better job or career path whenever you wanted one, relationships that are delightfully fulfilling and a healthier more energised body… without having to knock your head against any more brick walls. And if you’re anything like me your desire is to attain these outcomes sooner rather than later… and you can!

You see, each and every day of your life you are engaged in an ‘unconscious’ process that effectively creates and moulds all of your daily experiences. It’s your thoughts, literally thousands of them every day, that so profoundly impact how your life is. It’s the good ones, the bad ones, the up ones, the down ones, and all those thoughts in between. And you can influence how these thoughts make you feel.

Imagine how you would feel if you could run your life for the better by simply paying greater attention to your thoughts, and the feelings you experience as a result. What a relief it would be! This one step alone would progress you towards becoming a ‘deliberate’ creator of your own life in this world of opportunity.

Surely it can’t be that simple.

Well perhaps it is! Contrast for a moment how as a community we’ve been conditioned to believe that what happens to us in life is a result of good or bad luck, or it happened purely by accident, or that it’s just a coincidence. Not so. There is a more meaningful explanation, so now just for a moment allow me to take you on a journey of discovery.

It begins by developing an understanding of the ‘Law of Attraction’, a law of the universe, a fundamental principle of manifestation that creates every moment and experience in your daily life. It’s a Universal Law, where like attracts like. It’s the law behind success or failure. It effects whether you have money or not. It influences the quality of the relationships that you experience. It’s what runs every waking moment of your life.

And through this law you can also attract an over-abundance of circumstances you’d rather not have.

So it’s not fate or luck that drives what you experience, it’s your thoughts, and the feelings you attach to those thoughts, that creates what you have in your world, whether that be an empty or full bank account, a fulfilling or boring job, good fortune or bad. In fact all that exists within your current reality.

Thoughts, thoughts, thoughts... every minute of every day, and these thoughts when enriched with your feelings and an emotional charge, produce a vibrational intensity, that once released by you into the universe, act like a powerful magnet, drawing to you all of your daily circumstances and experiences.

You are now in the ‘attraction’ mode. And so if you’re feeling up and filled with joy and gratitude your emotional charge will be at such a high vibrational frequency that you will only attract good ‘stuff’ back to you, in fact anything out there that similarly matches this frequency.

Conversely the opposite applies. If you are filled with worry, guilt, doubt, concern and fear, then emotionally you will release a low vibrational frequency, and guess what you attract back, yes the ‘stuff’ you’d prefer not to have in your life. So whether you like it or not, you have created what you are experiencing now and you are continuing to create it all.

Okay perhaps you’re a little sceptical. So let me ask you whether you’ve ever had this experience. Suddenly a friend’s name drops into your head. That’s a thought. You think, I ought to give them a call, and what then happens, sometimes within seconds, they’ve phoned you. Coincidence, or was it your ‘vibes’ that attracted this outcome?

You decide, but let me assure you that your life as it is today is a reflection of how you continue to attract into your day-to-day existence every experience, person, happening, encounter, incident, event, hazard, occasion or episode as a consequence of your vibrational output, the emotional energy you apply to your thoughts.

So there it is – you attract into your life what you emotionally focus on. Focus on what you want with passion and excitement and hey presto, it’s on its way. Focus on what you don’t want with the same energy, and yes, you guessed it, it too will be on its way to you.

Why does this happen? Well the ‘Law of Attraction’ simply works on the principles of the Universe, obediently delivering back to you whatever it is that matches up with the vibrational energy you send out.

Applying emotion to any thought, for any period of time, whether that be for something you want or don’t want, will see it coming to you, like it or not! Consider for a second the last time you focussed on the lack of money in you life. What happened? Most likely you ended up with more bills to pay. And how did that make you feel?

You, me, each of us then are the ultimate creators of our own experiences. And that being so, then how about I share with you how you can engage the process of ‘deliberate’ attraction, drawing into your life whatever is your passion, in fact everything that you truly desire?

It begins with the four principles that underlie the ‘Law of Attraction’. Applying them will enable you to bring forth that joyful and abundant life you are entitled to experience.

Principle 1
Identify exactly what it is you don’t want in life.

Principle 2
From this list, clarify exactly what you do want, instead of each of the ‘don’t want’ items on your list.

Principle 3
Now create a strong desire around what you want through your thoughts and feelings. Use any means possible to leverage these thoughts and feelings of clarity.

Principle 4
Develop an internal knowingness, an expectation that you will have what you want, and allow the process to unfold.

Once you begin to apply these principles, you’ll start to observe dramatic changes in your daily outcomes. Particularly keep an eye on your experiences around money, your health, your relationships and your career. It’s an exciting proposition when you start to see your life as a joyous experience rather than one of tedium and routine. And what a relief to know that it is YOU that is in control of your life, not events, circumstances or other people, just YOU, and that means your life can be whatever you desire it to be… there are no limitations, only possibilities.
