If you want to step away from Perth for your special day then head down south. Margaret River is a beautiful location for any wedding. There are plenty of wineries to choose from which offer a serene backdrop to your wedding as well as some great wine to ensure a fantastic night.

Perhaps you are after a more sacred and holy union. Perth is home to a vast array of stunning churches and cathedrals. St Marys, on Victoria Square and St George’s on St George’s Terrace are just two of the beautiful venues that Perth has to offer. They provide the perfect acoustics for your wedding song and ceremony while the old architecture creates and enchanting atmosphere.

Maybe you and your partner enjoy the simplicities of life, preferring an outdoor beach wedding. The joy that the calming winds and the soft sound of the ocean can bring indescribable serenity to the wedding party and the happy couple. Perth’s beautiful coastline provides copious locations to choose from for a beach wedding. Two very popular locations are Sorrento beach front and Hillarys Boat Harbour, both close to plenty of places that will host a phenomenal reception.

The University of Western Australia is a magnificent, elegant and dream like location to hold a wedding. The bold pillars and strong lines of the building will make a beautiful statement and will deem the photographic memories of your precious day will be incredible.

Obviously there is much more to planning a wedding than just selecting the location. But this is one of the hardest steps, and once you have chosen your perfect setting the rest of the fairy tale will fall in to place.
