Standing proud on the corner of a little laneway and Perth’s super-chic King Street, No. 44 has been serving great food and coffee for as long as most can remember. The restaurant itself has been a launch pad for many greats of the hospitality industry and has seen more than a few changes in this end of town. Neighboured by high-end retailers such as Bally and Louis Vuitton, the prices at No. 44 may reflect its fashionable location but the food and wine is worth every extra cent. Rich wooden floor boards and solid tables and chairs provide a comfortable and moody environment for diners to watch their meals being prepared through the open kitchen.
